Pineapple Log Cabin - Class - 2022
Making a traditional block with modern fabrics leads to a beautiful twist in the quilt. Using both a cool and warm gradated colorway in each block can add even more of a modern twist. Using the Creative Grids Pineapple Trim Tool makes this traditionally fussy block easy for both confident beginners and intermediate quilters.
This quilt would look beautiful in most any fabric genre, colors, lights, or darks. Would also be beautiful in only 2 colors or fabrics (2 ½ yds each). Brights with dark background would also be stunning! So many choices!
Skill Level: Confident Beginner – Must be able to cut & stitch accurately, sew an accurate ¼’ seam, and able to fold and cut fabrics to obtain straight strips.
