Refund policy
Most of the items we stock cannot be returned or refunded. Our goods are considered custom ordered products.
If you would like to return an item please email us at birdsongqc@gmail. This is our general email box and you must state, in the subject field, REQUESTED RETURN.
We monitor this email once a day and endeavor to reply to emails within 2 business days. In the body of your email please include as much detail as possible. Helpful information would include the order #, a picture of damaged goods and a copy of your receipt.
If approved you must return your purchase unused and in its original packaging.
All costs associated with a return will be your responsibility. Unless specific permission is given we will not reimburse you for your costs to return eligible items. In addition, you may be charged a restock fee of 15% for certain items. In most instances we will consider shipping an eligible replacement item at our cost. We feel this is a fair consideration as most of our items are custom prepared for you based on your original purchase.
If we have approved your return request you will receive an email confirming this approval. Items sent back to us without our written approval for the return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded for these items.
Please include a copy of your original receipt and a copy of our email confirming our approval of your return request.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or offer refunds, on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. In this notice we will communicate whether we will be refunding you for the items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the same manner as your original purchase / payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
