Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $ 8.00 flat rate shipping throughout the contiguous United States of America for all purchases. We offer $ 0 shipping throughout the contiguous United States of America for all purchases over $120.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location, Birdsong Quilting, 228 E Main Street, Georgetown, KY 40324. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up generally within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am-4:00pm EST on Tuesday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at birdsongqc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will help find and resolve the shipping delay.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We use a combination of carriers for our shipping, both USPS and UPS. If you have a preference as to which carrier you prefer please note so in the comment field of your order. Some carrier do not ship to PO Boxes, if you have a PO Box please comment in your checkout that you would like UPS deliver. We are unable to ship packages with FedEx or any other expedited delivery service. If you do not choose your delivery option we will choose the carrier most convenient and most cost effective to Birdsong.
