Every single piece of artwork they create proudly shows the hand of the artist. Their designs embody a deep love for home-cooked meals, weekends spent wandering in nature, and all the simple, happy things that make life beautiful.

Their journey began in 2009 when we followed a lifelong dream, bought a massive, vintage letterpress, and officially brought 1canoe2 to life. The name itself represents a deep spirit of kinship, heartland roots, and fond memories of childhood canoe trips and campfires along Missouri streams with "one canoe, two girls." Everything crafted in their cheerful studio stems from an appreciation for life’s natural beauty and the constant pursuit of curiosity.

Over the years, their passion project has blossomed into a global brand. Today, their popular line of colorful gifts and stationery can be found in over 1,000 independent boutiques around the world, as well as select national retailers like Anthropologie and Paper Source.
