Corinne Wells is a passionate artist, maker, and fabric designer who successfully turned her lifelong creative dreams into a thriving reality. When she isn’t spending quality time with her husband and four daughters, Corinne can almost always be found immersed in her studio—drawing, doodling, painting, sewing, and exploring new ways to create.

Interestingly, Corinne’s path to the textile industry took a scenic detour. Because she believed she would eventually need a conventional "real job" when she grew up, she originally pursued her academic studies in science, graduating with a degree in biology. However, it only took a few extra years for her to discover that her absolute dream job—combining her dual passions for fine art and textile crafting—was a perfectly viable and fulfilling career path.

Over the past five years, Corinne has built a successful career working as a freelance designer for a diverse range of clients across the apparel and fabric industries. Today, she brings that rich experience and her signature artistic style to an exciting partnership with Riley Blake Designs, a premier name in the quilting world.

Through this collaboration, she seamlessly fuses her deep love of illustration with her practical knowledge of sewing.
